Whether we’ll be creating your brand identity or website, I know that it can be quite overwhelming! That’s why my design process consists of 3 simple phases and allows you to relax and feel supported in every steps!

 
 

  • First off, we'll get to know you and your business. We'll take the time to rediscover your brand's mission and audience's needs, so we could craft the identity that reflects both.

  • My goal is to give you a final brand identity and website that you can’t wait to share with the world. That's why I take the time to carefully review your feedback and work with you to find thoughtful design solutions that bring your vision to life. I’m committed to getting every detail just right, so you can be confident that your launch day will be a success.

  • Almost there! I’m thrilled to help unveil your new brand identity and website to the world, and can confidently saying that it's going to be a smashing success. To make sure everything goes smoothly, I provide you a practical plan leading to the launch day. And if you've opted for the full package, I’m even creating custom visual assets for your socials.

FAQs

 

  • I invite you on Slack, so you can reach me at any time during my working hours, Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM. I also recommend the zoom call for key project milestones.

  • It varies depending on the package. In general, it takes between 3 and 4 weeks for the brand identity and between 4 and 5 weeks for the website design.

  • Of course, I do! This is a big investment for your brand, so I am flexible in terms of payment. I ask for a 30% deposit for any project, and the balance is billed throughout the duration of the project.

    • Fonts licensing, unless otherwise stated in our agreement.

    • Copywriting

    • Printing fees

    • Additional revisions

  • I use Squarespace and Shopify specifically for e-commerce.
