Tools I Use To Manage My Business

As a one-woman design studio, I've spent time and effort finding the right tools and resources to help me manage my business. I love trying new tools and software to streamline my process, but sometimes it's hard for my clients to adopt them (life is about compromise, right?) So here we are! I'm happy to share this guide to inspire you and maybe help you in your own business.

Adobe Suite

My must-have! I basically use adobe for any design project.

Figma

Figma is a collaborative web application. I mainly use it to design any web project and newsletter.

Squarespace

Squarespace is a web software I use to create and host beautiful and easy-to-maintain websites. I've been using this platform for 7 years now, and I'm still completely in love with it!

Shopify

The best platform to create an e-commerce website and manage your business.

Flodesk or Squarespace Email

I use Flodesk and also Sqarespace Email to create newsletters. I recommend to have your newsletter created in Squarespace if you also use it to host your website.

Spark AR

My new baby tool for creating Instagram filters! Absolutely must have!

Google Doc

I primarily use Google Doc to collaborate with my client and gather prior work before jumping on a new project. I allow us to collaborate online, and it's the easiest way I've found so far. :)

Google Drive

ALL of my clients' files are shared via Google Drive. I love it because they can easily refer to it no matter where they are in the world.

Notion

My whole life is in Notion. I use it for absolutely everything! Manage my customer process, organize my business, track my finances, plan my marketing content, organize my resources. It's actually the first thing I open when I start working.

Dropbox Sign

I use Dropbox Sign to help me prepare, send and sign my contracts with legally binding signatures.

Stripe

I use Stripe to send my invoices and process payments for my clients. It's very easy for my customers to pay via the online platform.

Slack

When you book a project with me, an easy way to get in touch is to contact me via Slack. I will send you an invitation after the booking.

Can’t wait to hear from you on my socials!
